Ferier i udlandet.
Vi har set lyset...For at kunne forstå sig selv og den virkelighed man lever i, er man nødt til at have noget at spejle det i. Og det finder man naturligt nok ikke 'i sin egen baghave'.
At have oplevet på egen krop, set, lugtet og smagt en fuldstændig fremmed verden, giver et andet verdensbillede end det man kan læse sig til i en bog.
Under en meget høj stjernehimmel på et bjerg i Nepal, 80 km. udenfor Kathmandu, i et hus med køkkenfaciliteter som ikke er set mage til i Danmark i de seneste par hundrede år, er det nemt at komme til en erkendelse af, at på trods af alle vores talenter i Danmark...så kræver det en helt anden indsigt, at leve og bidrage til livet på de kanter.
 
Vacations abroad.
We have seen the light...To be able to understand your self and the reality you lives in, you need to see it through another mirror. And that you naturally don't find it in your own backyard.
To have felt on your own body, seen, smelt and tasted a totally different way of living, gives another picture of the world than you will ever find in any book.
Under a very high starlighted skye on a mountain in Nepal, 80 km. outside Kathmandu, in a house with kitchenfacilities that have not been seen in Denmark for the last couple of hundred years, it is quit easy to come to the understanding that in spite of all our talents in Denmark...it takes a total different kind of knowledge and skills to live and be useful in this part of the world. |
